RETURNS

Please note that all of our products are 100% NON REFUNDABLE due to product integrity and sanitary reasons.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received within 24hrs of purchase. Request made outside of the 24 hr period will not be accepted or refunded.

The privacy and security of your personal information is our priority. S&H is committed to protecting your privacy and will never disclose your personal details to anybody. We use the information you provide to complete orders, keep you informed of the progress of your order & to send you further information. If you register your e-mail with us for our newsletter or for new product updates, your e-mail address will never be passed on to third parties.

SHIPPING

Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FEDEx but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not be replaced by us.

ADDRESS CHANGE

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email admin@seedandharvest.co immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package.

INVALID ADDRESS

If we are unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be cancelled and refunded to you.

RETURNED ORDER PACKAGES
​
If your package is returned to Seed&Harvest for any reason, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs.

CUSTOMS, FEES & TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and or taxes. Our shipping fee will be clearly articulated to you alongside the shipping service and estimated transit time during checkout for your order.

SHIPPING ISSUES
​
If your order was shipped and is showing abnormal tracking updates (i.e. only the label was created), email admin@seedandharvest.co with your order number so that we can assist with re-processing your shipment.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK is provided voluntarily, and as such it is based on individual perception & expectations from a particular product.
Our recommendations are based on the advice of qualified alternative therapy practitioners and widely accepted facts about a particular natural ingredient.
Natural skin care products are not a medication, and we can only make recommendation for suitability of our products in certain skin ailments & conditions. Any recommendations accepted by a purchaser are accepted entirely at the purchasers risk.
